Company Background

Company founder Dan Frank spent his career working for Australia’s largest electrical companies in Sydney, before following his dream and relocating to the Snowy Mountains. He possesses a rich and diverse background of electrical experience, ranging from industrial scale works in hazardous areas, through to commercial installations and maintenance. Dan also spent several years in management and consultation roles, where he specialised in data centre infrastructure and technical operations.

Having moved to the region at the start of 2017, Dan quickly identified the need for renewable energy providers. The concept of Monaro Energy was born. With a committed investment to training and professional networking, Dan was able to make his concept a reality, bringing Monaro Energy to the general market in 2018.

CEC accredited designer and installer for grid connected solar
CEC accredited designer and installer for battery systems
CEC accredited designer and installer of stand-alone power systems (off-grid)
